Holi Festival in San Francisco Bay Area by Rana Org – the Indian Color Spring Festival that’s Colors and Fun-filled
To enjoy the gaily colorful, incredibly cultural and change of season to spring, an Indian festival, Holi in the bay area, come one come all to Mission San Jose Park, 41403 Mission Blvd, Fremont, CA 94539 on 30-Mar-2019. The event is organized by Rana Org, an organization created to promote and preserve Rajasthan’s cultural heritage in North America.
Rana Org is hosting the biggest Holi in Bay Area – the exciting event is characterized by a scramble of colored powder dusting and colored water splashing on everyone and anyone is dubbed ‘the color fight.’ Holi is celebrated to usher in spring and the markings of vibrant colors, great food and beverages and festivities are perhaps the best way Indians can express their thankfulness for the arrival of spring.
Rana Org invites everyone to come and join the Holi celebration, touted to be the best Holi in the USA. There will be Bollywood music, Rajasthan Dance in this biggest Holi bash. Smear colors on each other’s faces and hair and drench in the colored water while feasting on traditional Rajasthan food and drinks. Holi brings a sense of social unity as everyone is colored from top to toe without any holding back, with joyous celebration being the only agenda. There will also be Live DJ music, Dhol and music performances. Attendees are advised to wear white and clothes that they don’t mind ruining by a rainbow of colors. The color powders used are made from starch and food grade dyes – they are non-toxic, biodegradable and water soluble.
